Enzo Ferrari worked at Alfa Romeo through most of the 1920s before deciding to build his own racing and road cars. After years of modifying and building racing cars using Fiat and Alfa Romeo components, Ferrari set up shop in Maranello, Italy, and produced his own car in 1948. |

Maserati 4200 GT was built from 2002 to 2007. It was an upgraded version of 3200 GT. Maserati Coupe and Spyder both are referred to as 4200 GT. Maserati Coupe is a 4-seat coupe and Spyder is a 2-seat roadster. 4200 GT uses FR layout and cambiocorsa sequential manual transmission or 6-speed manual transmission. V8 engine with 4.2 L engine displacement is fitted with 4200 GT.
